How long can freshwater fish in the aquarium to live without air pump work?

I just managed to melt my plastic pipes required to do my water pump. Will the fish was fine, until tomorrow morning when I can replace the pump? The tank is 12 gallons and not much, but high. The pump is also the filter, so that currently there is no air or water movement. There are 12 fish in it including, red tail shark, two cups white cat in the bottom 3 of neon, 3 red tail and 3?

An air pump is not needed. All it does is to disturb the water, which circulates air through the water. Air bubbles pumps go to the water and pop and release oxygen in the air and water. If you have a good filter that should cause more than the movement sufficient water to provide air for the fish. Also some fish (Betta, More Gouramis, etc) have a labyrinth that allows them to obtain oxygen from the surface water. Added – well, when the money you should get a biofilter wheel, offering great service and help build the beneficial bacteria, which which keeps the water healthy for fish.
