I wonder animal rights and specific legislation?

I have ferrets and I often walk with them in their pet stroller closed (Similar to a company, but on wheels). Some grocery shopping I may even say hello to my animals, but often there is someone telling you to me that Wil can not be in the store. I do not know what site to verify this explanation. I am located in Jacksonville, Florida, and tried to google animal laws. but without success. Please help. Thanks in advance

Unless the animals are registered service animals, pets are just considered. Any company may refuse to leave the pet store, usually with good reason. It is actually illegal in most places to shop for the animals if they sell within food for human consumption. Also, if companies began to leave the animals inside, they might lose customers who are afraid or allergic to pets. The animals also represent a liability. The store could be in trouble if your dog bites someone or causes them to have an allergic reaction. It is your right to eliminate that risk by not letting them in the store. It's a little silly taking their ferrets in stores, anyway. You can get hurt or stolen. There is also a very serious ferret diseases is now called the ADV is highly contagious and incurable, and fatal. I have four ferrets and I are not carried out anywhere except the vet. Even if it was legal. They can not even go to PetSmart. If you really think your animals must come with you to the store, see if you can get registered as service animals. Otherwise, just accept when a salesperson says he was beaten.
