Is it normal to have air bubbles on the sides of an aquarium tank 2 liters?

My father and I only cleared about 30 minutes and bubbles air on the sides and some in the water. Air bubbles are also found in one of the fish that are about to die. We also put things in the water ammonia and reduces stress on fish. Please help! I have two tiger fish in it.

yes, it is normal .. anytime I can clean the tank and add clean water .. it takes awhile for the air bubbles to clean (including fish) .. only you have time and will soon disappear!
